When the routine gets tough is hard to keep working no matter what. To help me overcome the obstacles imposed by the day-to-day life, I try to search inspirations to me in great poems that I like. This time it was a “random” guy named Carlos Drummond de Andrade, who said that “Twelve months is enough to any human being get bored and give up. Then comes the miracle of renewal and it all starts again with another number and hopping that everything will be different from now on.”

I hope that is poem inspired you as much it did to me!

Quando a rotina se torna difícil, já começo a reclamar da famosa falta de tempo. Para me ajudar a superar os obstáculos impostos pelo dia-a-dia, procuro sempre me inspirar em grandes poetas que eu admiro. Dessa vez foi um tal de Carlos Drummond de Andrade que disse “Doze meses dão para qualquer ser humano se cansar e entregar os pontos. Aí entra o milagre da renovação e tudo começa outra vez, com outro número e outra vontade de acreditar que daqui pra diante vai ser diferente”.

Today was one of those days that wasn’t hot and wasn’t cold either. So, I decided to make my favorite outfit combination: the mix of seasons (I don’t even know if that expression really exists). At the top, I made an overlay of t-shirt + blouse + vest. At the bottom, shorts to give a young look and the studded shoes by Aldo - love it.

Hoje foi um daqueles dias que não fez frio nem calor. Aproveitei para fazer minha combinação preferida: o mix de estações (não sei nem se essa expressão realmente existe). Na parte de cima, fiz uma sobreposição de t-shirt + camisa + colete. Na parte de baixo, um short para dar um toque jovial e o sapato de spikes da Aldo – amo eles.
